i'm officially 17
happy birthday to myself
ok. got lots of photos (think again, maybe not alot) But first here comes the most interesting part of the interesting entry. My once in a year birthday speech :D i wanted to blog about my speech first before blogging about all the exciting events that happen, so that i make sure everybody will notice this and will read it. HAHAHAHA. but anyway there will still be some idiots who will insist on scrolling down first -oo-, oh wells
so anyway here goes.
to my fellow non-existence readers including stinky and moo,
i am officially 17. A very weird/ odd number/ in the middle not here or there age. 16 is cool. 18 is cool. 17 is just a weird number right smack in the middle. just like my 15th birthday. i'm here whining about the odd number -oo-
So its like not here and there.
i still cannot legitamately enter a club. i still have to use a fake ID. -oo- but i've quited clubbing anyway so it doesnt make a difference.
i still cannot get my driving license, thats like 1 more year to go. But looking on the bright side,
i can finally go take my wonderful fabulous highway code and laugh at those peeps whose birthday is yet to come. I'M MOCKING AT YOU. few more months to my driving license. i'm getting close. very close now.
There's alot of things i still can't do. i cannot watch M18 and R21 movies too. -oo-
ok. this year was super fun. i love all my friends totally x1000000. Seriously, never thought you all would come out with such a wonderful celebration for me. I use to think you can never make really good friends in poly, or rather 'real' friends in poly. But no. i love all my BIMBOS x 100.
& clique its like 10 months after we left sec school, but we are still that close. I really hope this friendship will last forever, and we can all jiao together. meet up for major mahjiong sessions, shopping or what so ever. & YES. more idiot galore videos PWEEEASEEE...
Rather short this year. Ran out of things to say. I guess every additional year added to my age the speech will get shorter and shorter. cos next year i can officially go club and stuff. Then i wont be talking about it. Or maybe i can start blogging about how cools that. But everything do get shorter and shorter i guess.

i'm not a strong believer in buddhism, but i'm definately not a believer in christianity. Sometimes when people constantly bug me to believe in it, it really creeps the hell outta me. especially the easter celebration i went few years back. It's very O.O for me and i am totally uncomfortable throughout the whole celebration. Go watch some documentary shows on youtube or something. Or if you are lucky you can catch it on national geographic, discovery channel or history channel, channel 11, 12, 9 if you have cable TV. check out what really is about him.
Its really sensitive. But hey! i'm studing sociology and its answering difficult questions like religions, race, politics and stuff. So must be more open about this kinda stuff, though i'll risk being lectured or "holynise" by a swarm of religious people. But thats what i think. seriously.
To be honest. I watch this documentary challenging jesus. It was'nt really exactly the same information that i have been kena tried to "brainwashed". Its the opposite. There is evidence and stuffs to prove that, but i shall not make a stand l8r i kena lectured or flame by other people. HAHA.
But still i believe that religion and stuffs cannot be force. How do you feel if you are forced to pray to buddha everyday. >=/ ok sounds weird. How do you feel to being forced to chant buddhist scripts everyday. >=/ok.. hmm.. How do you feel being forced to believe in buddhism when you dont even want to in the first place.

ok maybe "force" may sound harsh. But as you see my vocabulary is very limited unlike our very pro Tan zhiwei. So i'll continue to use force.
BUT... asking one to go church is ok. But when you know the party do not like and do not want to, you continue to bug and bug thats 'FORCING'. And forcing is abit hmmm..
Being force to go church when you dont believe in it is like asking you to eat parsley when you like to eat kang kong.

but its like asking you to do something you will never like and will want to do. Sure you have your beliefs and we do have. I believe in myself. yes. myself.

Its up to the individual to decide what to believe in. Really. No point forcing. It makes that party not sincere even if he/she "believes" in it.
I'm not trying to lecture or something. I'm just trying to help protect my poor bestie who just kena attack by so many people. AWWWWWWW.
ps: i'm NOT anti-christianity. I do have alot of friends who are christians. I respect their beliefs and i hope they respect us in return.
